jil58 collects personal data that is adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed. The following table describes the categories of personal data collected and the context in which each category is obtained:

jil58 does not collect sensitive personal information — as defined under Section 3(l) of the DPA, including race, religion, health, sexual orientation, or genetic data — except where strictly required for regulatory compliance or where you have provided explicit consent.

jil58 does not sell, rent, or trade personal data to third parties for their own commercial purposes. Personal data is shared only in the following circumstances:

• Payment Service Providers: GCash (Mynt), PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment processors receive financial transaction data strictly necessary to process deposits and withdrawals on your behalf. These providers process data under their own privacy policies and applicable Philippine financial data regulations.
• Identity Verification Providers: jil58 uses licensed third-party KYC service providers to verify government-issued ID documents as required by PAGCOR and Philippine AML legislation. International transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards, which may include: contractual clauses approved by the National Privacy Commission; binding corporate rules; or transfers that are necessary for the performance of the contract between jil58 and the player, in accordance with Section 21 of the DPA IRR.

jil58 retains personal data for no longer than is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable Philippine law. The following general retention periods apply:

• Account Data and KYC Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of account closure, as required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act and PAGCOR regulatory requirements.
• Financial Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, consistent with AML reporting obligations under Republic Act No. 9160, as amended.

The jil58 Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. jil58 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age. Age verification is conducted during KYC as a mandatory step before withdrawal privileges are enabled on any account.

If jil58 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual who is under 21 years of age, jil58 will immediately close the associated account, return any deposited real-money balance to the originating payment method (subject to identity confirmation), and securely delete all associated personal data, except where retention is required to document the age violation for regulatory compliance purposes.
