These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the jil58 online gaming platform, operated at jil58.club ("jil58," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). To register and maintain an account on jil58, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. The minimum legal age for participation in casino-style online gaming in the Philippines is 21 years, as required by PAGCOR. jil58 strictly enforces this requirement through mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of jil58 complies with all applicable laws in your location.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who are legally prohibited from participating in gambling activities are ineligible to register.

• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion order with jil58 or any PAGCOR-regulated operator under any responsible gaming programme.

Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jil58 account credentials, including your email address and password. All activities conducted through your account are your sole responsibility, regardless of whether they were authorized by you.

1. Password Security: You must maintain a strong, unique password for your jil58 account and must not share your login credentials with any other person.
2. Two-Factor Authentication: jil58 provides two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional security layer. Use of 2FA is strongly recommended and may be required for certain account actions.
3. Unauthorized Access: You must notify jil58 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. jil58 cannot be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access where you failed to promptly notify jil58.
4. Shared Devices: You must log out of your jil58 account when using shared or public devices. jil58 accepts no liability for account compromise resulting from the use of shared devices.
5. Account Transfer: jil58 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any account credits to any other person.

All deposits on jil58 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). jil58 accepts the following payment methods for deposits, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits:

• GCash — Instant processing; subject to GCash's applicable daily transaction limits.
• PayMaya — Instant processing; subject to PayMaya's applicable account tier limits.
• BPI Online Banking — Subject to BPI's online transfer limits and banking hours.
• BDO Online Banking — Subject to BDO's online transfer limits and banking hours.
• Metrobank Online Banking — Subject to Metrobank's applicable transfer limits.

Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable deposit limits are displayed within the jil58 Cashier at the time of transaction. jil58 does not charge a platform-side fee on standard deposits; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own service charges, which jil58 has no control over.

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method that has been previously verified and used for a deposit on the same account, in compliance with jil58's anti-money laundering obligations. jil58 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

1. KYC Requirement: Full KYC identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal request will be processed. Accounts that have not completed KYC may accumulate balances but cannot withdraw funds.
2. Processing Times: GCash withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within 5 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically processed within 1–3 banking hours during regular banking days. jil58 does not guarantee processing times and these timelines may be affected by third-party payment provider operations.
3. Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed in the Cashier at the time of the request. Requests below the stated minimum will not be processed.
4. Withdrawal Review: jil58 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal request, particularly for first-time withdrawals, large amounts, or accounts flagged by the fraud detection system. Such reviews may take up to 72 hours.
5. Bonus Balances: Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only the real-money balance and any bonus balance that has cleared wagering requirements are available for withdrawal.

jil58 offers various promotional bonuses and incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, which apply in addition to any promotion-specific terms:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fully satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally — or at all — to wagering requirement completion. Contribution rates by game type are stated in each promotion's terms. Live casino games and certain table games typically contribute at a lower rate than slots.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period. Bonuses and any associated winnings that have not been played through by the expiry date will be removed from the account.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's terms, only one bonus may be active per account at any time.
• Bonus Abuse: jil58 prohibits bonus abuse, which includes — but is not limited to — creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures, and using low-risk betting strategies designed solely to complete wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk. Accounts found to be abusing promotional offers will have bonuses voided and may be permanently closed.
• Modification and Withdrawal of Offers: jil58 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. This right shall not affect bonuses already credited to an active account in good standing.

All games available on jil58 are supplied by licensed third-party game providers who are individually responsible for the mathematical integrity, RNG certification, and published RTP of their respective products. jil58 does not modify, alter, or influence game outcomes in any way.

Each game available on the Platform is governed by the rules of that specific game as determined by its provider. In the event of any discrepancy between what is displayed on the jil58 interface and the game provider's server-side records, the server-side record shall prevail and shall be considered the definitive result.

Disconnection during a live casino game round or an in-progress slot spin does not entitle the Player to a refund of placed bets. The game result will be determined when the round is completed, and winnings — if applicable — will be credited to the account upon reconnection.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jil58 Platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

1. Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, age misrepresentation, or using fraudulent payment methods.
2. Money Laundering: Using jil58 as a vehicle to launder proceeds of criminal activity or to obscure the origin of funds.

5. Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks with your payment provider in respect of legitimate jil58 transactions.
6. Account Sharing: Allowing any other person to access or use your jil58 account, or operating an account on behalf of another person.
7. Multiple Accounts: Registering more than one account on jil58, whether under the same or different identity information.

All content on the jil58 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, audio, video, user interface design, and the jil58 brand name and associated marks — is the intellectual property of jil58 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jil58 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform without prior written consent from jil58.

Game content, including graphics, mathematics, and brand assets within individual games, remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is licensed to jil58 for display on the Platform. Any unauthorised reproduction or use of such content is prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jil58 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming session data resulting from technical interruption or connectivity failure
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information published on the Platform
• Losses incurred as a result of unauthorized account access where jil58 was not negligent
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, including GCash, PayMaya, and Philippine banks
• Service interruptions resulting from scheduled or emergency platform maintenance

jil58's maximum aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to jil58 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jil58 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. Online gambling is intended solely for entertainment purposes and should never be treated as a source of income or a way to address financial difficulties.

jil58 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible at any time through Account Settings:

1. Breach of any provision of these Terms
2. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following request
3. Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or collusion
4. Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated against jil58
5. Receipt of a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction
6. Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more

Where an account is closed due to regulatory or legal obligation, jil58 will return any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus balances) to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and satisfaction of all outstanding obligations. Where closure results from confirmed fraud or Terms breach, jil58 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending legal review.

These Terms and Conditions and all matters arising from or related to your use of the jil58 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of jil58, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting jil58 Customer Support. jil58 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days.

If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 calendar days of the complaint being submitted, either party may escalate the dispute to the appropriate regulatory authority or seek resolution through the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

jil58 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided to registered users via email to their registered address and/or through a prominent notification displayed upon login to the Platform, no less than 7 calendar days prior to the amendments taking effect.

Your continued use of the jil58 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with the procedures set out in Section 13.
